Fury 2014

Fury is a movie that encapsulates the final days of five men in a Sherman tank, fighting to stop Adolf Hitler and his army in the second world war. Staff sergeant Don ‘Wardaddy’ Collier of the 66th Battallion, played by Brad Pitt, commands him and his crew behind enemy lines, with a rookie soldier assigned to replace their veteran assistant driver/bow gunner, who was killed during their last mission. As a complete crew they are fearless and face extremely overwhelming odds in the depths of Germany.

In the first few scenes I was completely engulfed in the Fury tank and crew. This remained throughout the movie because of the emotions, acting and realism were exceptional. I felt through every situation the crew encountered, feelings and emotions that were exerted from each individual character, gripped me as a viewer of this brilliant, emotional roller-coaster of a war film.
